ALAM resource centre maintains a specialised collection that caters to the information demands of staff and students of the Academy. The main objective of the Resource Centre is to support the students and staff in their learning and education by acquiring required materials and providing other related services.
The resource centre collection consists of monographs, reference books, cd-rom, videos and online databases. Acquisition of information resources is primarily focused on the latest resources on maritime subject.
The collection is made accessible by an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and is classified using the Universal Decimal Classification.
